This policy sets out how GCC Roadwise researches, writes, reviews and corrects its driving guides so you can trust what you read.
Primary sources first
We build our guides from official sources — including the RTA, Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Police, Royal Oman Police and other GCC transport and interior authorities. Where a figure such as a fine or fee matters, we check it against more than one official source before publishing.
Review & updates
Guides are reviewed on a quarterly cycle, and sooner whenever a rule, fine or border procedure changes. Each guide shows a “last updated” date so you can judge how current it is.
Corrections
If you spot something that is out of date or wrong, please tell us through the contact page. We verify every report against official sources and correct confirmed errors promptly, updating the “last updated” date accordingly.
